Marketing Manager

General Description: Develop, manage, and implement the marketing strategy, goals, initiatives, and related activities of Prism Health North Texas.
 
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Develop, create, implement, and manage agency marketing plan; including determining what benchmarks are to be used and what metrics to be tracked and tracking said metrics and benchmarks for marketing and communications effectiveness
  • Develops and creates individual marketing campaigns and campaign assets that support business goals and grant deliverables.
  • Manages design and production of all creative assets.
    • Organization collateral, marketing, and communications
      • LifeLines
      • eNews and Sexual Health series
    • Service and Program collateral and marketing materials
    • Event (incl. LifeWalk) collateral and marketing materials
    • Development collateral and solicitations
  • Ensures content and voice of PHNTX is consistent throughout the organization, service lines, and event materials
  • Serves as Brand Manager.
  • Manage organization’s websites
  • Creates, determines, and leads LifeWalk event marketing and communications strategy; including email strategy. 
  • Selects and manages the relationship with contractors such as graphic artists, photographers, illustrators, writers, and printers.
  • Develops, manages, and implements organization’s advertisement plan
  • Oversees marketing department budget
 
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in ESPs (bonus if MailChimp)
  • Proficient writing abilities
  • Intermediate ability with Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree: marketing, communications, business or liberal arts degree preferred
  • Experience implementing  marketing campaigns, and developing  content
  • More than 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or community outreach (preferred, but not required)
