Administrative Assistant

This administrative professional will support the President and CEO of the Chamber as well as providing support to Membership & Program activities. S/he provides a professional point of contact for business and community members, potential members, volunteers, and other organizations. This individual is an out-going, self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. S/he will perform diverse secretarial and administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and adapt easily to procedures. Strong inter-personal and communication skills and a good memory are a must. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 required, knowledge of WordPress, CRM systems and QuickBooks a plus.
